This baby does it all. The Lappland is the traditional knife of the Sami, the indigenous people of Norway. As an often nomadic people, a multi-purpose knife was needed to every job along the way. The Lappland is great for cutting kindling and larger pieces of meat, yet wouldn't look out of place in a Sami home kitchen. This blade also makes an excellent breaking knife for butchers.
